WhatsApp Lab Report Software in Pakistan
Almost every patient in Pakistan has WhatsApp. PathCare uses that to end the queue at your reception desk: the moment a pathologist verifies a report, the branded PDF is delivered straight to the patient's WhatsApp — with SMS, email and online access as alternatives.
- Automatic dispatch after verification
- Your lab's branding on every report
- QR code verification on each PDF
- SMS and email fallback
- Online patient report portal
- No charge per report
What report delivery costs your lab today
Most Pakistani labs still print every report. That means thermal or laser printing costs, paper and toner, plus the staff time spent at reception handing reports over and answering "is my report ready yet?" phone calls all day.
It also costs you patients. Someone who has to travel back to the lab for a paper report is someone who may not come back next time. Automated WhatsApp delivery removes the trip and removes the queue — and because delivery is logged in the system, you can see exactly when each patient received their report.
How PathCare delivers reports
- WhatsApp dispatch. The patient's number is captured at registration. On pathologist verification, PathCare generates the PDF and sends it automatically.
- Branded PDF reports. Your lab's name, logo, header, footer and signature layout — not a generic template.
- QR code verification. Every report carries a QR code that opens the original record, so a forged copy can be spotted immediately.
- SMS and email. If a patient prefers a text link or an email copy, both are supported.
- Online patient portal. Patients can enter their patient number and password on your website to view and download their own reports.
- Previous results included. Reports can show historic results for the same test on the same page, which is what clinicians actually want to compare.
Why QR verification matters more than you think
A lab report is a document people rely on for jobs, visas and treatment. When reports are easy to edit, forged copies circulate. A QR code tied to the original record means an employer or an embassy can scan the report and see what your laboratory actually issued — which protects your reputation as much as the patient's.

How does WhatsApp report delivery work?
When a pathologist verifies a report, PathCare generates the branded PDF and sends it automatically to the patient's WhatsApp number saved at registration. The patient receives it without visiting the lab.
Can patients download their own reports online?
Yes. Patients can scan the QR code on their lab slip to get a PDF, follow an SMS link, or enter their patient number and password on your website.
Does our branding appear on the report?
Yes. Reports carry your laboratory's header, footer, logo and signature layout, so the PDF looks like your lab's own report.
Can a forged report be detected?
Yes. Each report's QR code opens the original record, so employers, embassies and hospitals can verify that what they were shown matches what the laboratory issued.
Is WhatsApp reporting an extra charge?
No. WhatsApp and SMS dispatch is included in PathCare plans, which start from PKR 2,000 per month. There is no per-report charge.
